I am Stephanie and my offerings and teachings are informed by more than 2 decades of working as a health and wellness professional and through many years of contemplative studies and personal practice. Sutra in Sanskrit means string or thread. Sutras tea and wellness is a by appointment only, health and wellness boutique located in Round Rock Tx, weaving together unique offerings of tea experiences, mindful movement, therapeutic massage and skincare, as well as mental and emotional support through MBSR (Brown University’s Mindful Based Stress Reduction) classes. I offer both virtual experiences as well as in person services that are individualized and customizable. My Journey Ever since I was a little girl, I’ve always had a passion for all things tea. From the 1st time my mom bought me a little red and white table with 4 little red chairs, it was high teatime every day. Tea would later become so much more to me than a warm comforting beverage. It would become a lifelong companion and a reflective teacher serving as the foundation for my interest in meditation, yoga, and wellness. I am a MBSR Certified teacher, certified yoga and Pilates teacher, licensed Massage Therapist, Aesthetician, tea educator, budding Herbalist, and life-long student of contemplative studies. I continue to be fascinated with how the holistic studies I’ve been fortunate to be a student and teacher of, such as Massage Therapy, Yoga, Pilates, Holistic Skincare, Meditation, Mindfulness Based Stressed Reduction, Watsu, Tea and Herbalism, all have a commonality or patterns of sorts. To me, true wellbeing is holding good, supportive patterns.
